Transportation
Cakes should be placed on level non slip surface. Do not transport cakes tilting on car front or back seats. Cakes should be transported as quickly and smoothly as possible to required destination.
Storage
Do not refrigerate your cake. Store in a cool, dry place before serving. Ideally you should store your cake in the box it arrives in until required. Once cut, store in an airtight container. Other than Rich Fruit Cakes, please note the cakes are not suitable for freezing.
Best Before
Your cake has a shelf life of one week (seven days) from the ‘Date required’ which appears on your product order form.
For Best Serving Results
If you have candles and/or sparklers arrange these on the cake. Please adhere to safety instructions on sparkler packets. Please note; an adult should supervise children when using candles and sparklers and when cutting the cake.
All edible and non-edible decorations should be removed before cutting and serving the cake.
Cut cake with a clean sharp knife. All tiered cakes and tall novelty cakes are internally supported by food grade plastic rods and plates. These should be removed when cutting the cake and before serving.

    I was more than impressed with the 40th Birthday cake made for my husband. I had asked for a theme of cricket on the 4 and golf on the 0 and asked that it not be plain. The creative work was just amazing, more so than I could have imagined that could be done on a cake. I didnt eat any dinner at the party - just kept stealing slivers of cake it was soooooo goood!!!

    This is the 5th or 6th cake we've had from this site in 3 years and it's the only cake store I would use. Great tasting cake, had sponge in one figure and chocolate in the other. I had 21 in white with black decoration. Good size as well.

    The cake for my dads 60th went down very well and everyone kept coming back for seconds. Very happy with the cake and service received. I would definitely come back for another occasion.

    Having never brought a cake from here I went on a recommendation and was not disappointed. The cake was lovely and certainly made an impression. The sponge perfect and the decoration was very pretty. I had to drive quite a way to collect it but it was certainly worth it.
