February 2006. Camilla Al-Fayed celebrated her 21st birthday at a chic London venue surrounded by some of the hottest names in society and possibly one of the biggest birthday cakes ever seen. We designed and created a huge Pyramid cake with two water features and elaborate sphinx made from sugar. Camilla and her celebrity party guests, including Paris Hilton, were very impressed.
