  Skier Cake  The style of the cake was fantastic, the sponge was soft, not dry, the cream filling I would prefer real buttercream as opposed to the white 'cream' but the children liked it, I suspect the sponge was a cake mix and not hand made but overall it was brilliant.   Mrs. Buigg - SE3
